Almanac Beer Co. | Biere de Mars - Spring 2012

An ale brewed with local fennel?! Yeah, I had my suspensions, but was proved wrong - welcomingly. Delicious bitter profile and a party on the back palate. Paired excellent with tonight’s slow braised spare ribs.
